Piggie

We had to put our little Marlo down last week. His given name was Marlo, but he was Piggie to us. He was a little guy with a big personality. He was Viv's biggest birthday surprise ever and Wicket's best little buddy, especially when they were living their best lives together at Camp Pinchot during the pandemic. 

We sure do miss him.

Jennie, Ella and Grace took off first  Cara, Viv and I followed the dog camp below  back to town for wine and more crab legs  White out for the evening... ...stalking the kids at the bar... Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier...

A couple of weeks a go I was back in Texas for our annual Kollweiler Reunion and to celebrate Mary's 60th (!!) birthday! There is nothing like the four of us together for a weekend...in the Texas wine country no less!  The same weekend that I was in Fredericksburg Henry was with his friends in Baton Rouge for the Alabama win! Roll Tide!!

Here We Go

Here we go...the first college visit for our last little Hanson! Whew, how did we get here?? Viv loved everything about Elon, but kind of the way she loves everything about life. It really was an impressive school though. The size is perfect, it has a great nursing program and a beautiful campus.  Who knows where she'll end up, but Elon sure did set the bar high.  From North Carolina we went to South Carolina to visit the Hansons Matt and Maureen on her birthday And maybe the best part of long weekend was a Buccee's stop! Totally worth the price of admission!
